Critical Notice: Fair Resource & Storage Policy
To maintain performance for all users, SrvDaddy enforces a strict fair resource policy. Single cPanel accounts on shared or reseller servers are capped at a maximum of 25 GB of disk storage. Accounts exceeding this limit must upgrade to Cloud Hosting or a dedicated node. Failure to do so will result in temporary suspension.
1. Scope of Service
By purchasing hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domains, or license packages from SrvDaddy, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. Our platforms are designed for lawful, legitimate operations only.
2. Fair Resource Usage (FUP)
We are dedicated to providing fast and reliable server access to every client. If any single account utilizes system resources (CPU, RAM, MySQL, disk space) to a degree that compromises general server performance, we reserve the right to restrict access.
cPanel Storage Capacity Limit:
Each cPanel account on standard shared hosting or reseller networks has an absolute disk space cap of 25 GB.
3. Unacceptable Content & Practices
We strictly prohibit the use of our services for:
- Sending unsolicited mass marketing emails (SPAM).
- Hosting phishing websites, software cracks, warez, torrent indexes, or malware.
- Executing DDoS attacks, botnet operations, or port-scanning utilities.
- Mining cryptocurrency on VPS or Dedicated CPU cores.
- Hosting copyright-infringing media files without legal licensing.
4. SLA & Backups
SrvDaddy targets a 99.9% uptime average across all infrastructure nodes. While we conduct daily backups, it remains the customer\'s sole responsibility to maintain local backups of critical web resources, script directories, and database contents. SrvDaddy is not liable for data loss arising from client-side script misconfigurations or billing cancellations.
5. Service Suspension & Termination
Unpaid invoices will lead to service suspension 3 days after the due date, and permanent data deletion 15 days past the due date. Any user found deliberately violating our security standards or acceptable usage terms will have their accounts terminated immediately with zero notice or refund.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Navi Mumbai, MH, India.
