• Infrastructure Logs: Basic connection details (IP address, web browser specs) to protect against malicious network operations.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is exclusively used to:

• Provision services instantly and configure WHMCS billing nodes.
• Verify ownership when you request domain transfers or license re-keys.
• Provide security notifications, uptime status alerts, or server usage warnings (e.g. disk usage threshold alerts).
• Prevent online spamming, network hacking, or malicious bot activities.

3. Data Retention & Backups

All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We back up our databases daily on secure off-site servers. In the event of subscription termination or account cancellation, all server data is safely deleted within 15 calendar days from our main hosting storage arrays to protect your security.

We use cookies to maintain your login session on the SrvDaddy dashboard, preserve your shopping cart state, and monitor traffic metrics via secure, local analytics solutions. No third-party ad network tracking scripts are ever loaded.
